FAQs

Do you deliver?

We have partnered with Uber Eats for deliveries within Porto. They determine the delivery prices, which is based on the proximity to our shop.

Do you deliver outside of Porto?

Yes, we do! If you live in Mainland Portugal or Mainland Spain then you can get your hands on our cookies.

Is there a minimum for online orders?

Minimum online order is 10€. There is also a Pick-Up option to colect our cookies at our store!

Do you accept returns?

Given the perishable nature of our cookies, we aren't able to accept returns. If you have an issue with your order, please email info@cookieclubporto.com and let us know what’s happened. We will do our best to make it right.

Can I order whatever cookies I want?

Yes.

Can I order in advance?

The earlier the better! Once your order is collected from us by the chosen courier, it is unfortunately out of our control. However, please know that we are very careful with choosing the delivery partners we work with to ensure you receive your order as seamlessly as possible. If your cookies must arrive at a specific date, we recommend scheduling them to arrive 1-2 days earlier, just to be safe.

How best to store my cookies?

Our cookies can be stored in an airtight container for up to one week. If you'd like to save them for later, we recommend wrapping them and storing them in the freezer until your next craving hits.

When that craving does hit, warm your cookies in a 180°C oven for 5-10 minutes or until heated through.

If you have fresh cookies (that have not been put in the freezer) and want to achieve that ultimate gooey, melt-in-your-mouth, fresh out of the oven experience, we suggest warming your cookies at 180°C for just a few minutes.

Pro Tip: don't store your cookies in the refrigerator or use a microwave to reheat them! Doing this will lead to dried-out cookies, which is not what anyone wants.

I have a food allergy, what can I eat?

Our cookies are handmade by using equipment, which processes dairy, eggs, soy, wheat, peanuts and tree nuts. If you suffer from a severe allergy, please understand that while we do our best to prevent cross-contamination, we are not an allergy-free kitchen.

Do you have vegan options?

Yes, we do but while we do take every precaution to avoid cross-contamination, all our cookies are prepared and displayed in the same area so our vegan cookies may contain traces of dairy. If you have any concerns, please email our team for more information - info@cookieclubporto.com

Do you have gluten-free options?

Not yet, but we definitely plan on introducing gluten-free options soon.

How big are the cookies?

Not too big, but definitely not too small! Each of our cookies weighs a total of 115 grams.

Where are the cookies made?

Every single one of our cookies are made by us in our shop in Porto.
